When Songs Unite All of Us
The beauty of wonderful songs is that it has the ability to unite all of us, notably with songs which have togetherness impact in them. Impactful enough to make the listeners feel the warmth as well as a sense of uniqueness when they listen to such songs.
For that, I am in love with this song.
Owl CIty - Vanilla Twilight
I really admire this guy. His voice is absolutely amazing. Graceful!

Ice Rain
I think it is officially known as hailstorm but the term "ice-rain" sounds nicer. Lol.
Before that, yes I am actually blogging again from office HAHA. It's lunchtime and there are only 5 employees in the office, so I assume I can relax a little =P Furthermore, it is a Friday, so I guess the weekend mood is already kicking in for most of us, certainly including me. But make no mistake, it is just 2 weeks since I entered the company and I already hate being in office.
You will be LITERALLY surrounded by managers, partners. All watchful eyes in a circular form =S Lol.
Ok lar, they honestly don't really care what you do, so long as you are able to finish your work.
I think I have violated KPMG's confidential policy by revealing unnecessary information XD HAHAHAHA.
Okay back to my encounter with the "ice-rain" yesterday. So I was assigned to my first client based in Mont Kiara (not telling the name, KPMG POLICY =P) along with another fellow associate who joined the company earlier than me in January, and I can say I really thank God for meeting this senior for my first official assignment, because
SHE IS REALLY REALLY NICE AND HILLARIOUS! LOL.
I still remember her very FIRST joke on Monday when I was in her car, kinda bit nervous as it was my first client. Then she said:
"Eh don't be so nervous lar I won't fetch you somewhere and sell don't worryyyy!"
-________- LMAO!
And guess what, she is a Kepong kia also! Kepong people (including me) rocks wooohooooooo =P I would not reveal her name I don't want her to kill me hahaha. But anyway, I have to really thank her for easing me into this company indirectly, and I learned a lot from her as well in auditing. We were chilling all the way only XD. Thanks!
So yes yesterday was our final day in the client's place and while we were packing and preparing to return to office, a huge rain came, and there came down the ice. I had actually heard before about Malaysia experiencing such phenomenon before, but never seeing it before. Now I finally have seen it!
Though it can get quite scary, because I can hear the ice hitting the client's office windows. Can imagine how much ice was it =S
But what's funny was that ALL THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE, including the Finance Manager came out and took pictures of the ice. My senior was even more anxious by calling her mom LOL!. As for me, I took down a picture of it as well =P
Too bad my PC Nokia Suite was not so S-weet after all by malfunctioning, so the picture can't be uploaded. =(
Ah well, global warming at its best. Who knows one day, it will be raining snow in Malaysia and I will finally be able to build my first snowman lol.
It's back to work again next week, and I have stocktakes for three different companies, and I'll be counting chickens, eggs and maybe lambs. Interesting? Stay tuned people!

God is Awesome
Hereby I would like to make a shoutout to the Lord! =D
Haha yes though I know it's the first of week, yet I had heard stories about staying back in office and working non-stop.
Including Fridays and weekends if necessary, especially with KPMG, the working hours are shit long I tell you.
And I was indeed worried about not being able to attend cell groups and church services, which I can say, are essential for my well-being in terms of serving Him.
And now God shows me ONCE AGAIN, why I do not have to worry about this. The senior actually allowed me to leave early today as she had to leave earlier herself also. She said:
"My policy is not to work late on Fridays." XD.
GOD IS WONDERFUL! =D =D
Though I don't know how many times such miracle can happen in the future, but I'm certain that God will pave a way for me. He will.
Have a good weekend!

@ Work
I'll be doing this every single day for AT LEAST the rest of the year or so.
And I can say, I was put here for a reason, and I believe God's strengths will pull me through, and I would not give up that easily =)
And yes you want to guess where am I writing this post from? ;) HAHAHA.

A New Phase of Life
Exactly 12 more hours from the writing of this post, a new phase of my life will officially begin.
Yes lar we all know that you're gonna work soon why so dramatic??
Haha alright back to topic and yes starting from tomorrow 8.30 am (repeating again =P), it will be a time when I'll really experience the expectations of responsibility as well as maturing in person significantly. It will also be a phase whereby it presents to you a different set of challenges altogether.
The REAL world, as they call it. Haha.
Dei, can you just tell me where the heck are you working?
Lol yes to those of you who do not know, I will be heading to KPMG. And peeps, after a big turnaround, I finally end up in a Big Four firm anyway. Hahahaha.
Surprisingly, I very much look forward to it as compared to how much I dreaded about an auditing job long long time ago =D To be honest, not only that I look forward to the job itself, but most importantly, I cherish that I finally am able to use this opportunity to show the Lord a testimony of life for myself in terms of carrying myself well throughout in my working career.
When I think back of those days when I used to look at the other side of auditing, I thought I was really foolish. Who I am to complain when I hadn't even worked that time? Haha.
And yes Lord, keep me with you at all times. Make me remind myself everytime about where my responsibilites ARE, as I know, giving up myself means giving up on you as well! And once more, give me the ability and strength to ride above any tough waters ahead O'Lord!
And hence, my priorities are now firmly set, and I am prepared =)
Chris Tomlin - God of This City
Just listen okay peeps, no matter who you are and it will make your day =)
Stay tuned!

I don't have a title for this post, and I don't think I can find a good title for this post. Speechless? Not really, but rather not knowing what's coming out from my mind at the moment.
Numbness?
Yea maybe. Numbness from the fact that I am tolerating something which I think is wrong, but nevertheless I still did it, as I always believe that patience is virtue. However, if this allows me to realize that how much that I do not know about a particular person, I find that feeling particularly awful.
For 22 years, I have often told myself to deal with this as it comes, and thank God that He remains my pillar of strength everytime. Yes I admit that as I posted this, I was still frustrated, but knowing that God's love never fails to shine on me, it certainly helps me a lot =)

Month of Winners
As a sports enthusiast, I like to watch sports on TV (except for boxing or wrestling, whatever you call it, because I find it really stupid, no offence), and yes I watched the Maybank Malaysian Open for the past few days.

To you golf may be a stupid game, but that's because you don't know anything about it haha. And it's NOT BORING. =P
And I really do have to salute the winner of the golf tournament held in our very own Kuala Lumpur Golf and Country Club (had good memories there too =D), and here I present to you:
Noh Seung-yul

Noh with the trophy
For your information, this young lad over here (yes DAMN YOUNG) is just 18 years old, and he became the youngest winner on the European golf tour as a professional. And the players he beat were all top golfers in the world as well.
HOW CHUN-TED IS THAT?
All I want to say is, this young lad here is already winning golf tournaments as an 18-year-old and USD 300,000 richer already, I as a 21-year-old will be working my butt off until easily 9pm everyday on weekdays for a salary which will not amount to USD300000 for many years to come. LOL. (Oh did I mention it is in USD)
Noh said: "I want to get a car!" when asked about his plans to use the money.
GO BOY! GOOD CHOICE! =D Haha. Use it young man, and the future awaits you =)
Another winner of the month is (just announced today as well)
Kathyn Bigelow

Kathyn with the Oscars trophy as Best Director 2010. Looks quite stunning in person as well!
She is the FIRST female to win this illustrious award meant for directors, which was previously dominated by male directors. And to top that, the movie that she directed, The Hurt Locker, won the Best Motion Picture as well. And BEST of all,
SHE WON THIS MAN!

James Cameron
You know what's interesting? She was his ex. HAHA. And to make the victory even sweeter, the movie's budget was WAY WAY LESSER as compared to James Cameron's movie (yes the movie that I was crazy about also), Avatar. USD 2 billion, as I overheard the budget used in the movie the other day.
So this proves the trend of what the Oscars are looking for in movies - strong and fresh plot, complicated characters. But I honestly thought Precious would win this award initially, but nevertheless
Congratulations to both winners =D

A Graceful Few Weeks
You think I have abandoned my blog again? Hahahhahaha. Like I said,
I would not. =D
I have just been busy (seriously quite occupied) and I will duly reveal in my next few posts. But having this sudden urge, I felt the need to pen these few words down.
Over the last few weeks, there is a sense of realization in terms of my priorities, and that is:
no matter what in the world I'll be doing, I will ALWAYS REMIND MYSELF I must NOT get too carried away pursuing after things that do not belong to the category of eternity.
Instead, I must sew the seed of God's grace not only in myself, but others as well.
So my friends, especially if you are a free-thinker or some sort, don't fear me when I touch about the love of God. It is nothing against you, in fact, it is of GREAT help to you =D I have indeed just realized the usefulness of my blog to encourage everyone of you to go deeper into yourselves in terms of soul-searching, thus time and time again there will be God's words for you, all coming from the love that I have for you all =)
Therefore, on a personal note, this time of the year marks the period when most of us will be working, and for me, I am really looking forward to it, as instead of testing myself against the difficulties in work,
it is seeing my own ability to remain faithful to God's plans every single day, and deep in my heart, I fear not that that will happen, as He will ensure it will not =D
Stay tuned!
