Another Post

Woot! Another post on the way. Good progress I guess! Haha. Though now I'm still in the process in recollecting all the 'oomph' to drag the pictures and all in blogging. Just wait lar.

Today, a news really has inspired me, that discovering the will inside yourselves is the greatest joy life has to offer.

Rescuers Wednesday dragged a Haitian girl alive from the rubble 15 days after a devastating earthquake, in a rare moment of joy for a country where victims still face a desperate shortage of aid.

This girl, as young as 16, somehow miraculously found the will to survive that long under the rubble, which many deemed one will survive after 3-4 days.

Here is the bottom line, and maybe a personal testimony I have to share with all of you.

The will is forever inside each and everyone of us, and it is just a matter of searching for it. But how many times have we not, instead get weaker as time goes on? We sometimes just don't realize how darn lucky we are to be in the position we are now. Even if that includes reading this post in front of your PCs.

But this girl, had nothing to depend on but herself, and God to find a way to hang on until the last breath of her life.

God is certainly wonderful, ain't He?

In fairness, everyone has their problems, and we certainly complain. This is unavoidable. But the most important thing is we must learn how to appreciate whatever we have from the situations we are in thanking God in the process that there is ALWAYS a reason for things to happen. This certainly happens to me.

Long long time ago (the young and naive days haha) , when I didn't know whether God exists or not, I made a meal out of things. I never looked into the brighter side, and I put myself deeper into jail. I worried about almost everything around me.

Bragging it is not, but I just want to say, I am totally opposite to that now. I realize trusting God is the key to everything =) With every troubles I have, God's words certainly inspired me to be strong once again. Again this is no bragging, but you can actually feel the righteousness and the power of the words once you read them.

GOD IS GREAT!

There are so many things we can learn from this girl, but the one standing out is the miracles that happen around you. Some of you may think this is just pure luck, it is because they haven't really happened on you yet. You will realize one day, trust me.

Here is a Bible verse, and you will know the meaning of this post:

This is why I tell you not to be worried about the food and drink you need in order to stay alive, or about clothes for your body. After all, isn't life worth more than food? And isn't the body worth more than clothes?

Look at the birds; they do not sow seeds, gather a harvest and put it in barns; yet your Father in heaven takes care of them! Aren't you worth more than the birds? Can any of you live a bit longer by worrying about it?

So do not start worrying: 'Where will my food come from? or my drink? or my clothes? Your Father in heaven knows that you need such things. Instead, be concerned about everything else with the Kingdom of God and with what He requires of you, and He will provide you with all these other things.

So do not worry about tomorrow; it willl have enough worries of its own. There is no need to add to the troubles each day brings.

(Matthew 6:25-34)
